Our mental resilience

In times of crisis or uncertainty - our resilience takes a more dominant place in our life.

Resilience is the ability to cope and adapt.

We intend to evaluate less our resilient ability than we actually act.

We are more resilient than we may think, and we adapt much faster.

The most important thing about our resilience - is that its dynamic.

We can develop resilience by ourselves and with the help of others.

With this desire, we developed Liv. 

Our self-help exercises are based on different approaches to improving mindset and mental well-being. All exercises are based on empirical studies and are used by therapists and psychologists.
