What is well-being?

One of the definitions of well-being is the gap between who we are and who we want to be. Minimizing this gap, and living our lives as closely as we can to the way we aspire to be – will raise the level of our well-being. Well-being consists of three primary needs - Autonomy, Control, and Affiliation.

It is subjective and different between everyone, and depends on the environment, in the genetics and choices we make in our life.

Despite the impact that genetics has, there are many variables that we can control and change.

Another way to define well-being is through happiness,

which is based on our understanding of ourselves and choosing who we decide to be.

A person's level of happiness is measured by the nature of his or her functioning.


We believe that everyone has the ability to change and improve their life.  

With this desire, we developed Liv. 

Our self-help exercises are based on different approaches to improving mindset and mental well-being. All exercises are based on empirical studies and are used by therapists and psychologists.
